Let it Snow!!

Yesterday it snowed so much here in GA!!! It was super exciting and reminded me of MI...I absolutely love the snow. I hate to drive in it but love to play in it and freshly fallen snow looks so beautiful! We wanted Addy to see her first real snow fall and so we bundled her up and took her out into the cold!! I think she liked it. Here are a few pics of Addy in the snow!

I am getting so big!!

Addison is getting so big...she seems like such a little person these days!! I mean she always seems like a person but its just different now...she just seems so grown up! It is so exciting but so sad at the same time. It is so true what everyone says "enjoy this time while you can because it goes by fast" boy isn't that the truth. She has the cutest little personality... she can be sassy but also so sweet and shy. If we say something to her she kinda tilts her head down and bats those beautiful eyes at us...acting so sweet and innocent but then there are the moments when she is ticked and let me tell you...she definitely lets you know when she doesn't like something. She is a really good baby, always happy and content besides the few crabby moments when she is tired or hungry but that is expected. This week we took her to the Dr. for her four month check up and these are her stats: she is 25in long in the 75%, she weighed 13lbs 4.8oz 50% and her head was in the 50% too. Dr. Dixon is so pleased with her progress...he said we could start feeding her solids!! So today I gave her a little bit of rice cereal on a spoon and at first she didn;t know just what to think but by the end she was liking it!! He also said that we could start mixing in fruits and veggies and so I am going to start making homemade baby food!! I am really excited to start this. I am just going to wait a week to make sure she gets used to eating from a spoon!! She also got shots which were no fun but she did really great!! Addy is rolling over, pushing herself up (before we know it she will be crawling), taking things out of her mouth and putting them back in...like I said she is just such a little person! We have to buckle her into everything now because she trys to push herself out...little stinker! She is growing up fast and continues to melt our hearts everyday! Anyway, enough bragging about our sweet little baby girl!! I cannot wait for y'all to see her...she is absolutely the most precious baby in this world! Addison Grace is 4 months old today!!!

Today Addy is 4 months old and it is so hard to believe. It seems like just yesterday we were at the hospital waiting for her arrival!! I know I have said this so many times but these last 4 months have just been the best 4 months of our lives!! Ofcourse there have been some rough nights...there is no denying that but honestly its hard to remember those since most of the time Addy is such a doll! She is the most amazing little girl ever and continues to brighten our days!! Here are a few things about Addy at 4 months old!
~ Addy can roll all the way over...YAY!!!!
~ Her two bottom teeth are coming in
~ She loves to hear herself talk...typical girl ha ha!
~ She is eating 4-6oz 4-6 times a day and is even having some rice cereal at her nightime feeding
~ She sleeps in her own bed and she loves it
~ She sleeps on her side (ofcourse I am a nervous nelly and constantly checking on her)
~ She picks things up now and even throws them when she is mad! She is a little stinker just like her daddy!
~ She squeels when she gets excited
~ She loves her babysitter Tracy...I think Addy thinks she looks like me!
~ She likes to suck on her toes...sounds gross but totally cute
~ She still loves bath time and even plays with her toys and splashes water
~ She can hold her head up really well...I can even carry her around on my hip
~ We are working on sitting up
~ She loves to pull my hair and thinks it is hilarious to cause me pain ;)
~ She loves to watch TV
Addison you are the best little girl! Daddy and I love you so much! Happy 4 months are special little angel!
